* Move strncpy() from core to the pluginlib
* Introduce strlcpy() and use that instead in most places (use memcpy in a few) in core and some plugins
* Drop strncpy() from the codec api as no codec used it
* Bump codec and plugin api versions

c0eb9aeb9e add firmware/driver/sd.c which contains common code between SD drivers
ingenic SD driver needs more cleanup so it still doesn't use the common code
correct a comment in hotswap.c: card_extract_bits assume most significant word of register first (so, use this order)
fix debug menu which used MMC specific commands / bits positions in csd/cid
move the default block size of 512 into sd.h
move the mantissa & exponent table into a single file (sd.c) to reduce binsize. we don't need to export it anymore anyway

TODO : ingenic cleanup (will happen soon so building sd.c is not conditional)

3520d8e90e Sansa c200v2 : lcd & backlight support, using the c200v1 lcd driver
The LCD driver is unified and lcd_send_command now takes 2 arguments : the command and its argument.
If there is no argument, it's set to 0 and a NOP command is issued
If there is more than one argument (set X/Y address), the 2nd argument is sent as a 2nd command, and a NOP command is issued after it.
Benefit : c200v2 transfers the command and the argument in one 16 bits transfer
Performance should not be affected since commands without argument are only used in lcd_init() and lcd_enable()

lcd_send_data() now transfers whole lines (or columns) instead of single pixels
yuv is disabled for c200v2 for now

Some buttons can be read, including left button (bit 6 of DBOP_DIN), but for some reason they have no effect in rockbox: to be investigated

d13f1a485f Commit FS#8314. This adds strnat[case]cmp written by Martin Pool, which respects numbers within strings, and gives a more intuitive
sorting. This also adds a setting, so that the sorting can be used in the file browser. The implementation is very generic, and can possibly
be used in other places.

ea929a3e45 Have drivers merged for WM8711/21/31 since they are so similar but respect all register differences between codecs. Change minis to #define the actual codec type. A nice naming convention suggestion for WM codec multidrivers would be welcome rather than naming for a specific chip.

40919d7db2 iAudio M3: Optimised LCD driver, with more/better assembly code. Speedup is ~80% when boosted, ~15% when unboosted. Also implemented grey phase blitting. * Adapted the greyscale library, and the plugins using it. * Fixed a bug in greyscale scroll down for vertically packed pixels.

27cf677339 Add a complete priority inheritance implementation to the scheduler (all mutex ownership and queue_send calls are inheritable). Priorities are differential so that dispatch depends on the runnable range of priorities. Codec priority can therefore be raised in small steps (pcmbuf updated to enable). Simplify the kernel functions to ease implementation and use the same kernel.c for both sim and target (I'm tired of maintaining two ;_). 1) Not sure if a minor audio break at first buffering issue will exist on large-sector disks (the main mutex speed issue was genuinely resolved earlier). At this point it's best dealt with at the buffering level. It seems a larger filechunk could be used again. 2) Perhaps 64-bit sims will have some minor issues (finicky) but a backroll of the code of concern there is a 5-minute job. All kernel objects become incompatible so a full rebuild and update is needed.

1f021af60c Gigabeat S mixer: Make some progress. Get the tick and core sleep working using the AVIC. Redo the startup code to remap from IRAM and not include the lcd driver frambuffer in the remapping (until it can be moved). Clean up LCD driver. For other misc. changes, see the diffs. Now it progresses to ATA init and fails with -11 but without crashing or hanging. Replace all bootloaders.

e66ddd754f Initial commit for the Olympus m:robe 100 port (PP5020). The LCD driver works. The ADC driver was copied from the H10 port (they can probably be combined later), but the battery readings aren't right and it shuts down. The touch pad buttons do not work. Install the bootloader and rockbox the H10 way. Still lots of work to do.

94be71eab5 Add a working serial driver to usb stack. At the moment it simply echos back what it gets. You can test it on linux by
0) change relevant defines in usb_core.c
1) modprobe usbserial vendor=0x0781 product=0x7421 debug=1
2) picocom /dev/ttyUSB0
3) look at your logf screen if you build with logf support and enabled LOGF_ENABLE define in usb_serial.c
I also modified usb_core so that storage and serial both can make use the the 'usb_core'-thread. More will come :)
