2eb1cb6f82 Fix buttonbar handling/theme changed handling in lists. 
The lists need to copy to a local parent if a list passes NULL as parent in the init. This was before the commit of custom ui vp, but I removed it since I (wrongly) thought using the ui vp as parent would be fine. Let the viewportmanager fire a event in case when a theme-related setting changed and simply the handling in the lists code.
However the buttonbar handling didn't work before anyway, since list code didn't know if the buttonbar was active (it asked a variable which was always false....).

d466cb9beb minor line handling fixes, be smarter (well dumber actually) about increasing the size of the tokens array, that loop isnt the only place the data->num_tokens variable gets increased... also add one last WPS_NO_TOKEN token to the end to make sure we dont accidently overrun into the next skin on the last line of a skin.

2ab627d309 Change r22610 a bit. The new parent viewport isn't really suitable. 
The new parent might be smaller than the previous one, causing the old list to not stop scrolling. Full-screen stop scrolling isn't correct either though, so we pick the currnet ui viewport to stop scrolling.
This was actually a bug (attempted to fix in r22610) discovered in the custom statusbar patch, where the lists stopped the statusbar text from scrolling.

7f03af08fa Quick fix to allow certain MP3 files to play. If a Xing or Info header didn't properly set both the frame count and byte count, then the bitrate was set to zero, preventing playback. Better to use the bitrate of the first audio frame in this case. (More sanity checking of the frame count should perhaps be done.)

8cb74438bc Almost the last of the skin ram wastage fixing... This one moved the line/subline handling into the alloced buffer and links them more sensibly with their viewports. 
now it works something like this: a skin is a list of viewports, each viewport has a list of lines, each line is a list of sublines, each subline has an *index* of its first and last tokens...

9d70197f64 Forgot to add keys for the quickscreens' top item for the ipods (they didn't have ACTION_QS_DOWNINV before). As that one was used as exit button, remap the exit button to select as the other scrollwheel targets also do.

19a5dfea28 D2: Enable ARM cache coherency functions (eg. during codec load), which should eliminate data aborts/freezes on track changes. NOTE: The linker script reserves space at the end of DRAM for the TTB, but this is not currently used.

2dbb424eb9 Further performance optimization of the atrac3 decoder. Rework the internal sample representation and usage of dsp routines. For now a quick and dirty solution is used to add a fract part of 2 bits. Through this several buffers and functions as well as copy loops could be removed. Furthermore add some ASM for coldfire and place some additional data in IRAM on PP5022/24 and X5/M5. Speedup on ARM: +3%, speedup on Coldfire: +639%. Both ARM and Coldfire can decode in realtime now.

8301b69951 Samsung YH: Many keymap fixes for keyboard screen, wps, set time/date and quickscreen. Little kludge for quickscreen: Entering the quickscreen requires pressing 2 directional buttons (left and down), but that's really easy to do actually, much easier than messing with the side buttons (which don't even work reliably), accidental option changes shouldn't be possible due to use of precondition.

f4774bf5bf Submit interim version of FS#10565. Performance optimization of atrac3 decoder for ARM. Introduce ASM routines for multiplications and two synthesis loops, refactured parts of synthesis and windowing. Speeds up decoding by a factor of 2.4 on PP502x.

1a28d40335 Fix up statusbar handling in the usb screen a bit more, using the GUI_EVENT_ACTIONUPDATE event instead of direct draw (with the custom statusbar patch in my mind), actually fix statusbar updates for the simulator version of the usb screen. Increase timeouts a bit too.

cc1be6b766 More fixes for the usb screen: Use send_event(GUI_EVENT_REFRESH, NULL) to get rid of dead parts if the custom ui viewport is used as intended (it also redraws the statusbars additionally to clear&update). Redo the the statusbar handling to use the viewportmanager to properly force the remote statusbar on also.

e454a39852 Quickscreen: 4th item 
This adds a 4th top item to the quickscreen. It's as configurable as the existing three items.
This patch goes along with optimisations for small screens for better displaying of all four items. 14px font is very usable on a 64px height display for example.
Left and Top items go through the items in the opposite direction, so that you can mirror a setting and toggle through it in both directions.
Default item is party mode, as it's target independant.

59cdbf5efc Rerrange some registers in butterfly_generic to combine some 2-word stores into 4-word stores and remove some redundant mov instructions. Shave off some additional instructions (stacking and additions) in butterfly_32 by getting butterfly_8 and butterfly_16 to do the address incrementing for us. Add a few comments.

443f609be6 Rearange menu of mpegplayer. Add new menu with "settings" and "quit", and remove quit item from settings menu. 
The setting menu was bit wierd as it had "quit" item at it's buttom.
Also, there are 2 almost same menu definitions in mpeg_menu and it doesn't looks good, imo.

1747a33fcc Fix a problem spotted in FS#10543. For F_CHOICE_SETTING, an invalid value would (which may happen if the values changed e.g. due to the statusbar at bottom addition) lead to the correspong 0 value, instead of leaving the setting untouched. Fix it by not calling atoi() for F_CHOICE_SETTING (they don't have int-like values).

98756fe492 move the statically allocated tokens array into the skin buffer. this is done with a little bit of magic with the buffer... explanation in the comments but breifly, tokens + images are stored at the front of the buffer, everything else (constant sizes) are stored at the back, the 2 ends meet when the buffer is full.

4c48b59be8 User definable UI viewport, to be able to restrict the UI into a viewport for all bitmap displays. 
Flyspray: FS#8799

This will allow for pretty themes, for example those with nice glass effects on their backdrops (some might argue they're wasting screen space but it's upto them),
as well as allowing for future background WPS updates in the main UI.

Plugins are not converted yet, they simply use the full screen. Ideally, any plugin that does *not* want the UI viewport, should take care of that itself (i.e. plugins should normally use the UI viewport).

18a8e529b5 more wps->skin engine work.. 
start redoing memory management in the skins to use a single larger buffer instead of lots of arrays for things like images and progressbars.
This commit removes the limit on the amount of progressbars allowed on the screen, still 1 per viewport, but unlimited otherwise(!)
Also a larger buffer for remote targets, same size for non-remote targets but very easy to make it bigger (technically removed the 52(?) image limit in skins, except still limited to 1 char identifiers)
Unlimited "string" tokens now (limit was 1024 which was rediculously wasteful)

Each line (of MAX_LOGF_ENTRY characters) would be marked with

6469926b88 FS#10506. Don't compile various crossfade only functions in pcmbuf.c on low memory targets (mainly AMS) to save memory. Some crossfade related items remain in the code, but they're not worth cluttering the code with ifdefs over. Also, introduce HAVE_CROSSFADE define for neatness.

7f971e0176 Fix FS#10476. Prevent FLAC bitrate calculation overflow with large files. The watermark depends on the bitrate, and so this also fixes playback pauses on large FLAC files.

e2e7ecf350 add playback control to more menu of plugins. 
although it doesn't make much sense for some plugins like dice as the menu is only shown when you start that plugin.
change star plugin to go back to menu when exit game instead of closing plugin so that above change makes useful.

c647bf8cd4 fix bug calendar fails to add new memo if there is not .memo file caused by my change in r22143. 
setting flags O_RDONLY|O_CREAT for open doesn't seem to create file. change flags to O_RDWR|O_CREAT but there is no writing.

04be8dd7fe Fix inaccurate time display for 44.1 (and 22.05) kHz MP3 audio tracks. Time was off by about 0.2%. Doesn't sound much, but after one hour, that's 8 seconds. Also fix a problem when seeking to near the end of a file.
