9546e4093d Add STATICIRAM_NOT_MDCT as a workaround for the gcc bug where static functions are not long called. This is currently only an issue on the Nano2G (S5L8701 CPU) which is the only ARM target with enough IRAM for these functions. Also add multiple-inclusion protection for config-tremor.h. All plugins and codecs now compile cleanly for the Nano2G.

98d7203eca Correct the IRAM definitions for the S5L8700/8701 and add definitions for plugins/codecs. The current split (64/64 core/plugins for S5L8700 and 96/80 core/plugins for S5L8701) is arbitrary and should probably be tweaked later

ccf2078150 Fix FS#10597: Loadable keyboard layout rendered incorrectly. 
Also fix out of bounds access to kbd_buf.

340f32356a new skin tag: %Sx|<english>| will display the current languages translation of the "<english>" string. 
the <english> is the Source: bit in the .lang files. (must be exactly as it is there...)

checkwps cannot verify that the string is correct so make sure to use the sim to verify the string is acurate.

Also "fix" checkwps so %St|<setting>| can be accepted for the theme site

d045f59989 Redo 22825 but this time with caring about alignment. 
Change coordinate members in struct skin_albumart to ints. That alone gives a tiny binsize decrease.
Change the struct layout (some reordering) to enable more efficient alignment which reclaims 4 of the 8 bytes. Since there's usually only 1 aa struct this should be a net gain.

4eee66a4cf r22826 is causing data aborts when the wps is loaded in the parse_list function - suspected reason is an improperly aligned pointer depending on how the buffer gets setup when translating a "d".

b04c66ed29 Fix splash on charcell (was wasting 2 precious chars per line since r20870). This fixes the volume splash in wps, as it doesn't wrap anymore, but it's not a proper fix. The real problem is that the 2nd line of the default WPS updates immediately. The ultimate fix would be to get rid of the special charcell handling and use a VP in the WPS.

ec0f581c05 Fix the statusbar to redraw after changing colors in the color picker screen. 
That send_event() should be within settings_apply() actually, but making that work is more involved, so it should be done after the release.

2eb1cb6f82 Fix buttonbar handling/theme changed handling in lists. 
The lists need to copy to a local parent if a list passes NULL as parent in the init. This was before the commit of custom ui vp, but I removed it since I (wrongly) thought using the ui vp as parent would be fine. Let the viewportmanager fire a event in case when a theme-related setting changed and simply the handling in the lists code.
However the buttonbar handling didn't work before anyway, since list code didn't know if the buttonbar was active (it asked a variable which was always false....).

d466cb9beb minor line handling fixes, be smarter (well dumber actually) about increasing the size of the tokens array, that loop isnt the only place the data->num_tokens variable gets increased... also add one last WPS_NO_TOKEN token to the end to make sure we dont accidently overrun into the next skin on the last line of a skin.

2ab627d309 Change r22610 a bit. The new parent viewport isn't really suitable. 
The new parent might be smaller than the previous one, causing the old list to not stop scrolling. Full-screen stop scrolling isn't correct either though, so we pick the currnet ui viewport to stop scrolling.
This was actually a bug (attempted to fix in r22610) discovered in the custom statusbar patch, where the lists stopped the statusbar text from scrolling.

7f03af08fa Quick fix to allow certain MP3 files to play. If a Xing or Info header didn't properly set both the frame count and byte count, then the bitrate was set to zero, preventing playback. Better to use the bitrate of the first audio frame in this case. (More sanity checking of the frame count should perhaps be done.)

8cb74438bc Almost the last of the skin ram wastage fixing... This one moved the line/subline handling into the alloced buffer and links them more sensibly with their viewports. 
now it works something like this: a skin is a list of viewports, each viewport has a list of lines, each line is a list of sublines, each subline has an *index* of its first and last tokens...

2dbb424eb9 Further performance optimization of the atrac3 decoder. Rework the internal sample representation and usage of dsp routines. For now a quick and dirty solution is used to add a fract part of 2 bits. Through this several buffers and functions as well as copy loops could be removed. Furthermore add some ASM for coldfire and place some additional data in IRAM on PP5022/24 and X5/M5. Speedup on ARM: +3%, speedup on Coldfire: +639%. Both ARM and Coldfire can decode in realtime now.

8301b69951 Samsung YH: Many keymap fixes for keyboard screen, wps, set time/date and quickscreen. Little kludge for quickscreen: Entering the quickscreen requires pressing 2 directional buttons (left and down), but that's really easy to do actually, much easier than messing with the side buttons (which don't even work reliably), accidental option changes shouldn't be possible due to use of precondition.

f4774bf5bf Submit interim version of FS#10565. Performance optimization of atrac3 decoder for ARM. Introduce ASM routines for multiplications and two synthesis loops, refactured parts of synthesis and windowing. Speeds up decoding by a factor of 2.4 on PP502x.

1a28d40335 Fix up statusbar handling in the usb screen a bit more, using the GUI_EVENT_ACTIONUPDATE event instead of direct draw (with the custom statusbar patch in my mind), actually fix statusbar updates for the simulator version of the usb screen. Increase timeouts a bit too.

cc1be6b766 More fixes for the usb screen: Use send_event(GUI_EVENT_REFRESH, NULL) to get rid of dead parts if the custom ui viewport is used as intended (it also redraws the statusbars additionally to clear&update). Redo the the statusbar handling to use the viewportmanager to properly force the remote statusbar on also.

e454a39852 Quickscreen: 4th item 
This adds a 4th top item to the quickscreen. It's as configurable as the existing three items.
This patch goes along with optimisations for small screens for better displaying of all four items. 14px font is very usable on a 64px height display for example.
Left and Top items go through the items in the opposite direction, so that you can mirror a setting and toggle through it in both directions.
Default item is party mode, as it's target independant.

59cdbf5efc Rerrange some registers in butterfly_generic to combine some 2-word stores into 4-word stores and remove some redundant mov instructions. Shave off some additional instructions (stacking and additions) in butterfly_32 by getting butterfly_8 and butterfly_16 to do the address incrementing for us. Add a few comments.

443f609be6 Rearange menu of mpegplayer. Add new menu with "settings" and "quit", and remove quit item from settings menu. 
The setting menu was bit wierd as it had "quit" item at it's buttom.
Also, there are 2 almost same menu definitions in mpeg_menu and it doesn't looks good, imo.

1747a33fcc Fix a problem spotted in FS#10543. For F_CHOICE_SETTING, an invalid value would (which may happen if the values changed e.g. due to the statusbar at bottom addition) lead to the correspong 0 value, instead of leaving the setting untouched. Fix it by not calling atoi() for F_CHOICE_SETTING (they don't have int-like values).
