f0e1cf038f Submit FS#11240 by Raphael Jakse. Allows to reduce volume on WM8985 to -89 dB (e.g. used for Cowon D2). Below -57 dB the line out is affected. The manual is updated accordingly.

be0aa25aba Change the software hold button combo from select + home to just holding home. This is both easier to do on such a small player and more consistent with the OF. Quickscreen is now select + home. Update the manual to reflect this.

5b4a84a4ce FS#11149: alternative fix for ipod startup/shutdown issue 
Instead of using the OF's low-battery handler to force a shutdown which appears to have numerous unwanted side effects, just clear the end of IRAM before shutting down which appears to solve the original "ipod sometimes needs hard reset to turn on" issue.

If you experience the "need hard reset" issue after this commit, please let us know. It has been tested on several models but we still don't know for sure what the original problem was. ;)

854dfba1b4 Fix broken Iaudio M3 manual and missing buttons in the M:Robe 100 manual, caused by the same weirdness of tex: breaking a long opt list needs escaping of the linebreak otherwise the one option before or after the break will be ignored (the one that is 'disconnected' from the comma).

af79fda077 Remove some unused pictures in the manual folder: some 'small' pictures of Archos devices, unknown why they still exist - there are now nicer ones derived from the SVGs (in the www module). The 'recording screen' picture is a duplicate of the 'while recording' one which is used instead of the former now.

8fa6c881ec Cleanup goban.tex. My main goal was to get the button table code into a readable state - following the structure I suggested on ManualGuidelinesTalk. Put closing } on their own lines if they are around other (nested) opts or nopts, indented the same as the opening (n)opt. Also replacing the 'emph' used for the submenus with 'item' as well for consistency which also makes it possible to get rid of the forced linebreak.

b6c12a129e Submit FS#11065. Introduce a new system setting for en-/disabling the Line-out. For now only implemented on iPod Video. This allows to save power if the user does not use the player's Line-out. On iPod 5G the saving is ~0.5 mA.

4c105b6806 Remove the caption and label parameters from the tagmap macro. They are never used. Also don't embed tagmaps into a table environment since we want the tables exactly where they are in the source, i.e. we don't want them to float. This speeds up typesetting and makes vertical spaces nicer.

b3d9578c27 Major change to musepack decoder: Import v1.3.0 (r458 from svn.musepack.net) to rockbox. Several adaptions in the musepack decoder were made to get the library work and perform fast under rockbox on several targets. With this change mpc sv8 is supported, including seek, replay gain and metadata support. The decoding speed is a 1-4% lower than the last implementation. Reason for this is main restructuring in the bitstream demuxer.

7f28c94eda New plugin: frotz, a Z-machine interpreter, for playing interactive fiction. 
The interpreter more or less passes all the tests in the z-machine test suite.
It should build for every target except Archos (for which it is disabled).

b7f728d138 FS#10785: Add new context CONTEXT_MORSE_INPUT for keymaps which is used during morse input mode in virtual keyboard. 
This will enable to use morse input on targets that doesn't have enough key for both the keyboard and morse input in one context.
Enable morse input on archosondio as an example.

7719d297f2 FS#10911 - Plugins: Fractals (formerly Mandelbrot) 
- Rename the mandelbrot plugin to fractals
- Update manual accordingly
- Separate plugin's functionality into separate files
- Lay the ground for having fractals sets other than the Mandelbrot set.

d4bfc15232 FS#10107: work around the issue on some ipods where after shutdown they do not power on. 
Some ipods do not power on correctly after being shut down and require a hard
reset before they work again. This workaround shuts the device down via the OF
which prevents the problem from occurring. There is a cosmetic effect: the low
battery symbol appears briefly on power of.

Change applies to PP502x ipods: 4G/photo/video/mini1g/mini2g/nano1g

Patch by Boris Gjenero (dreamlayers), manual changes by me.

2e865286bc \genericimg should be the generic image, i.e. the resolution. If a target specific screenshot exists (using the \specimg value) exists it's used automatically. Putting the target specific extension into \genericimg defeats the purpose of the fallback system. Fixes clip screenshots.

18c56ef386 Fix title centering. 
The \centering macro needs a limited scope to work correctly. This means the centered part needs to get terminated by a break, otherwise centering doesn't work as expected. This seems to be an issue only with newer LaTeX distributions, i.e. older ones seem to misbehave here.

c3ca746de4 Manual: find a nicer solution for the problem that lead to r23772. Using \newline gives a linebreak inside of the cell - it's not necessary to start a new row and put 2 or 3 (in case of remote targets) in front of it. Simpler code, less error-prone and the lines with alternating colours in the PDF button tables look more suitable. Also rearrange the rest of the affected row's code to make it more readable.

eca2ef1307 Manual: Pictureflow chapter - foremost fixing the M3 manual but clean up the button table completely to make it more readable and be more accurate (this needed a small correction to the Iaudio remote keymap file).
