bd70193e98 Commit rest of fix in FS#9866. Don't parse Vorbis comments again in libtremor. It wastes memory and we already have the comments in memory. Looking at the spec and code, I think this fix is proper, but if it breaks any files this may need to be revisited.

a538b89060 Second attempt at fixing FS#10396. Turns out that gcc for coldfire choose to inline a function with a big appetite for stack. The previous fix improved things a bit, but not nearly enough.

16e339d087 Bugfix for FS#10157 - "inaccurate seeking while paused" by Jeffrey Goode. 
The pcmbuffer wasn't reset after subsequent seeks (i.e. all but the first one) when seeking while paused. This caused the buffer to be filled only once and so the wrong sound was played upon resuming. Now we make sure the pcmbuffer is always reset when not playing (a more detailed explaination is in the task).

8c5c92dc2c FS#10377 - "PCM buffer remainder is played under too many conditions" by Jeffrey Goode. 
Prevents playing the remainder of the pcmbuf on manual stop, as it isn't needed in this case. Now the remainder is only played when the music automatically plays out.

815dcfdd35 Use hand-written constants table on ARMv5+ for JPEG IDCT, and load four 16-bit constants at a time with ldrd. Not useful for ARMv4, since one load per constant would still be needed, and limited range of ldrsh would force multiple copies of table.

4b831753e7 Center the list on the currently loaded file in the following screens (FS#10093): 
- Font selection
 - FM preset selection
 - WPS/RWPS selection
 - Language selection
Modify the menu wording to make them seem more like a setting and update the manual accordingly.

The code could possibly be more compact - any help on that would be appreciated.

ed83831f3b Change the X5/M5 remote keymapping to match the M3 way, improving consistency with the button labels. The most important change is that VOL+/VOL- are moving up/down in lists, NEXT enters submenus or selects, PREV exists or cancels. There are a few more slight differences. * Fix M3 remote button mapping in the vkeyboard: moving up/down was switched and select/accept didn't work.

8e2bdcaab6 A bunch of stability fixes into tagcache engine and database browser. Mainly data retrieval problems, races, data corruption of sorted index files at the end with junk data, access to unitialized memory and so on. Should fix FS#8710 and may fix FS#8414.

c88ee0ba07 Finally commit a few improvements to the c200 (last version of FS#8824): In lists - long instead of short Rec to switch to the recording screen for consistency, one button 'resume' on long Right (disables the forced horizontal scrolling on long Left/Right though). WPS - put context menu on long Select for consistency, frees the short Down for entering the quickscreen. Virtual keyboard - enable line edit mode, additionally better navigating of the input line (Volume Up/Down to move left/right, backspace on Rec) and move accept to long Select -- see patch description for details (and everything I might forgot). Change the manual accordingly.

6a0d931f38 Core JPEG decoder improvements: 
For >8-point vertical IDCT, transpose the coefficients while decoding them, so that the vertical IDCT can read in rows rather than columns. This improves speed a bit for this size even using the C IDCT.
Remove inline ARM asm, replacing it with an external file containing pure asm IDCT functions.
Add jpeg_ prefix to JPEG IDCT functions since some of them will now be visible globally.

49c9ab8120 Restore the ACTION_REDRAW case as it was before r20661 (with a slight change as suggested by Thomas Martitz). Without it you could get trapped in the WPS on targets with software hold as disabling hold again did not work correctly. Also fix(ed) typos...

cb57a568e8 Get rid of tdspeed_enabled in struct dsp_config and use the global_settings member instead. That one needs to be checked in tdspeed_init() as well, else the buffers are always allocated.

e40075e5b7 Adjust AC decode such that decode *always* stops before storing an unneeded coefficient. Remove extra lines from zag[] as it should not be possible to store a coefficient for k>63, even for corrupted files.

414f6c558b Add appropriate sized cards for 640x480 screens based on svg-cards-2.0. SOURCES is setup for 640x480 on a number of plugins as well, but graphics are not committed yet: will add as plugins are tested

b22e604a06 Fix the charcell viewport defaults. The statusbar is offscreen on charcell. This fixes e.g. the yesno screen when deleting files.
