c8b87d76eb FS#10569 RTC driver cleanup
Change the RTC drivers so that the rtc_(read|write)_datetime functions now deal directly with the tm struct instead of passing a string of bcd digits to/from (set|get)_time .
This simplifies drivers for rtc's that do not use a bcd representation internally and cleans up some target specific code and #ifdefs in generic code. Implement simple stubs for the sim to avoid #ifdefing for that too.

ca85c401f5 Rework the simulators button reading to not implement it's own complete driver.
Instead, implement it more as a target driver with button_read_device(), button_init_device() and button_hold(), then use the normal button driver from firmware/drivers/button.c.
Fixes FS#10451 ("backlight off on hold doesn't function properly").

of 400 khz Ident freq. Also misc formatting changes.

Displaying the 400 khz ident frequency for the SD and uSD cards was not really
useful information. This change displays the MCICLK frequency that we are
running the cards at. The page now displays 0MHz until a card access and then
will displays the set frequency and the actual frequency. The uSD display is
now only displayed for those players with a uSD

46c719aac8 Make the Fuze usable again by inserting a few delays in the lcd functions, core rockbox should be fine now. NOTE: *After exiting* plugins (e.g. doom, plasma, pictureflow) which do heavy lcd updates, the Fuze still fails (backlight goes off) -- I have no idea how that happens yet, Unless I find a fix for that within the next few days, I'm probably going to revert one/both of the lcd speedup commits.

b9093b2b35 Fuze/e200v2: Speed up the LCD further by letting the FIFO fill until it's full instead of keeping it almost empty.
The blue bars I previously had with this way are fixed by blocking DBOP output while reading buttons from GPIO.
We reached the maximum fps even at unboosted now (100.0 fps at lcd_update(), DBOP can't do more). Optimisation to YUV stuff is still possible though.
The e200v2 scrollwheel is very improved due to the this and the previous speedup since the chance of getting the wheel read blocked is greatly decreased with faster updates.

7dd548c697 Speed up the Fuze's LCD by a factor of ~2.1 (lcd_update()) by using 32bit transfers when possible.
Unaligned (to 4byte boundary) and odd (where the amount of data is not an integer multiple of 32bit) are still supported. Even those still have a speedup of >2.

bf9facc49c FAT timestamp handling improvements for non-RTC targets:
- When writing to a file that is older than the build, file date is set to the build date.
- Time is advanced so that the minutes are a multiple of 11, excluding '00', and seconds =
minutes. This is done as a hint that the time isn't 100% correct.
- Date increment uses actual month lengths (but without leap year handling)

e04f95eab9 LCD bitmap driver code consolidation from FS#4817:
Move text-drawing code into firmware-drivers/lcd-bitmap-common.c, included by the various driver files.
Add new static function LCDFN(putsxyofs_style) to draw styled text, and use it in both LCDFN(puts_style_offset) and LCDFN(scroll_fn).
Merge lcd_gradient_rect functions, with new function containing simplified code for drawing one line of a multi-line gradient.

5c9fe52629 Commit part of FS#9873 - Utilise buttons for playlisting
It adds a shortcut (combo or button) to directly go from the wps to the playlist viewer. The combos could possibly be improved on some targets, but I tried to keep a tad bit of consistency (was hardly possible).
I also added a corresponding touchscreen region and adapted cabbiev2.

If you still experience any problems with this commit please report them after having formatted your player and reinstalled rockbox
