7d0b9f7fb7 Fix occasional power button ghost presses and get rid of the delay which was needed to reduce the ghost presses (i.e. don't read power button too during lcd updates)

1cb3ff0ab0 Sansa Fuze buttons: 
1) fix driver from reading invalid home button while lcd updates (use old value then)
2) put in a 1s delay for power button reading after releasing hold
3) revert r20028, I thought it wasn't needed, since I didn't update the bootloader
4) enable hold for the bootloader (even though not really needed, but is consistent with other targets)
5) let button_dbop return DBOP_DIN, and do the reading in button_read_device
6) various cleanups

1ad58f9757 Sansa e200v2: Some LCD driver changes (none with functional changes): 
1) put window addressing in a seperate function like on the fuze
2) use fb_data instead of unsigned short
3) change clipping a bit

30255d53da Get rid of disabling irq. Simply blocking does it too, it also caused problems (particulary with scrolling lines).

be84fcffbd Some Sansa Fuze work: Get Home button working (no keymap changes yet, so it's not very noticeable) and "fix" debug menu from not showing the dbop data (see FIXME), some cleanup in the fuze's button driver

12a0ed3b8d Commit FS#9724, which reworks the preprocessor defines related to backlight fading to a CONFIG_BACKLIGHT_FADING style. The apps/ code will only see which setting is supposed to be used, specific backlight fading handling is kept in firmware, slightly reword the manual text about software fading too with regards to the Gigabeat S

580d91f097 Unify kernel list management for ticks, registered queues and timeout objects by using NULL-terminated lists of pointers. Redo timeout API a bit to simplify it and integrate it. Should give some small binsize reduction accross the board but more if timeout objects are being included.

090535fcbd SD driver cleanup by Thomas Martitz. Removes various magic numbers in favor of defines, increases a timeout in hopes of improving support for various SD cards, adds descriptive panic messages, and adds volatile were needed.

4ed78f5c72 Clean up panicf and introduce system_exception_wait to do further target tasks and wait for a button when an unrecoverable error has occurred (panic, UIE, etc.). Returning from that function should reboot or don't return from it. Move UIE and __div0 for ARM to its own file.

1fea6f6b22 Make si4700 tuner driver more sane with bit and field defines and entirely hide strange i2c interface from code with write/set/clear/masked functionality. On Gigabeat S use by-the-book busmode selection and GPIO lines. Implement some primitive station detection, debug registers in screen, and misc. changes to tie things together.
