f3d9b1791b Bring libmpeg2 portions that we use up to date with the latest libmpeg2 CVS. Fix up some file headers and add a revision history to the libmpeg2 files detailing to which CVS file revisions things were synced. This makes it easier to start in the right place by hand in the future. Hopefully no mistakes and everything works. :-)

205f3df781 Remove a viewport ambiguity by changing the screens width/heigth members into lcdwidth/lcdheight. Normal usercode should always use getwidth()/getheigth() as that returns the viewport width/height. Fixes issues that would have appeared in many places when introducing viewports with sizes != lcd sizes.

bdbdb97f19 FS#9051 - remove LCD margins... use viewports if you need them... 
NOTE to WPS people....
%m has been removed, but (i think) because of the other %m tags it wont fail if you try loading a wps with %m|..|, it will just be ignored.
Also note that if the statusbar is enabled the default viewport is 8 pixels shorter than when its not, i.e (0,0) is really (0,8) if the statusbar is shown... I dont think this will be a major issue because almost no WPS show the bar and use bitmaps... text only WPS shouldnt be affected.

efbd2b8d7a More calculate button changes: make the 'calculate' shortcut also work on the M5X5, the Ipod and the Gigabeat S pad. Also make 'select' actually select the number under the cursor and use 'menu' for calculating instead.

34d4165f7b New md5sum plugin. Open a file, a directory or just launch it from the plugin menu to create an md5sum of the file, the directory's contents or the whole filesystem. If the file's extension is .md5 or .md5sum, it will check the md5 sums in the file instead. If the file's extension is .md5list it will compute md5 sums for all the files listed.

02aadebd5f Make ZXBox work on the m:robe 100, and fix the linker script and loader to make it work again on archos. Put Menu on F1 for recorders in order to avoid accidental poweroff on v1. ZXBox on archos is very slow, but that's not different from rockboy which is also included for recorders. (Patch by Marianne Arnold and me).

adf2e4c9a0 Targets with HAVE_LCD_ENABLE: Provide a means to receive notifications when the lcd is enabled and the image is refreshed so overlayed drawing can also be refreshed. Chiefly mpegplayer needs this so it can redraw the YUV data after the backlight is turned on while paused or when using 'Set Start Time'.

43d02f66a0 Fix rockblox on all 160x128x2 and 160x128x16 targets. They used the mono bitmap intended for m:robe100 as a native one, making the background looking odd and crashing the sim. Bitmaps for monochrome targets used like native bitmaps shouldn't reside in bitmaps/mono, as that's asking for confusion.

b4275d4941 Philips GoGear SA9200 port. Working bootloader and normal builds, including sound. No touchpad now, buttons limited to using vol+/vol-/power for up/down/select. Rockbox USB is enabled since the OF is MTP only...read the warnings on the PortalPlayerUsb wiki page.

4ee3fed014 Sokoban: enable the plugin for the c200. Invent a new, a bit more rockboxish colour scheme since the old one didn't work in the small size that was needed for the c200's screen. Also use these colours in existing bmps and add some in-between sizes (e.g. for the Nano and Gigabeat) to use the screen size as best as possible. Rename the existing colour bmps consistently. Remove the drawing code for monochrome screens and let them use the bitmap build system too. This also allows further simplifying the code and let the plugin retrieve the tilesize from the bitmap.

5b861933fd FS#8637 - new UI for disktidy. 
Usage changes:
- disktidy.config is loaded with a list of file/directory names (included in the .zip)
- disktidy_custom.config is then loaded which is the same list but marks the files/dirs to be deleted. Also used to add custom files
- the default config is to not remove any files so the first time you run it you need to go into the "files to clean" option and select the files to remove. they will be then saved for next time.

The "Files To Clean" screen:
use the usual select option to toggle an item (if it has the cursor icon it will be removed)
selecting < ALL > will remove all, < NONE > will deselect all.
selecting a < > group will toggle all items in that group

to exit that screen use the standard cancel action (usually left arrow)

Directories are marked with a trailing / and * can be used at the end of the name (e.g .Trash-*/)

1f2df74079 MPEGPlayer quickie: add an option to set the backlight brightness to a plugin-specified value when playing video or interacting. Nice when one likes a dim backlight normally but that isn't sufficient when viewing video for instance. Suggested in FS#8417 in addition to my own desire for this.

5641995027 New card bitmaps for the m:robe100 (used in solitaire and blackjack). They graphics are now bigger, same size as on other 160x128 displays, and take the 'inverted' red on black of the m:robe100's display into account.

6aa36c66a3 Commit FS#8308 (Port of imlib2 based smooth scaling) by Jonas Hurrelmann. It could be made smaller by taking out some special cases, but I'm leaving them in for now because size isn't really a concern until we decide to move it into the core (if we ever do). test_resize now allows to choose between both resize methods for comparison. sliding_puzzle is made to use the smooth scaling.

05099149f1 Enable nocache sections using the linker. PP5022/4 must use SW_CORELOCK now with shared variables in DRAM (it seems swp(b) is at least partially broken on all PP or I'm doing something very wrong here :\). For core-shared data use SHAREDBSS/DATA_ATTR. NOCACHEBSS/DATA_ATTR is available whether or not single core is forced for static peripheral-DMA buffer allocation without use of the UNCACHED_ADDR macro in code and is likely useful on a non-PP target with a data cache (although not actually enabled in config.h and the .lds's in this commit).

8f560bc2b5 Greyscale library: Always use reconstructing inversion, because it's legal to use unbuffered drawing functions in buffered mode, meaning that the chunky buffer might not be in sync with what's displayed. Mpegplayer does this.

32bd0f8ab1 Greyscale library: Optionally put the greyscale ISR on COP on portalplayertargets (only use with the grey_info structure in IRAM atm\!). This speeds up doom by ~50%, and makes mpegplayer work without stuttering audio on targets using it (measured on iPod 2nd Gen and Mini 2nd Gen). It needs corelocking certain functions in the LCD driver on 1st/2nd Gen.

5c87a98b97 Greyscale library: * Implement linearisation curve flipping for 1st/2nd Gen iPods (LCD is inverted when backlight is on, so the curve is also inverted). This needs a slight extension of is_backlight_on() functionality in the core. * Thorough recalibration of all reachable greyscale targets, and #ifdef cleanup. * Reduce on-target gamma a bit, because the displayable contrast range of a monochrome/greyscale isn't that high.

5ca1539969 the menu and list now accepts a parent viewport to draw in (and the menu can be told to not show status/button bars). This lays the groundwork to fix colour problems with plugin menus (see star.c for an example.) This hopefully fixes some button bar issues as well as theme problems.

27cf677339 Add a complete priority inheritance implementation to the scheduler (all mutex ownership and queue_send calls are inheritable). Priorities are differential so that dispatch depends on the runnable range of priorities. Codec priority can therefore be raised in small steps (pcmbuf updated to enable). Simplify the kernel functions to ease implementation and use the same kernel.c for both sim and target (I'm tired of maintaining two ;_). 1) Not sure if a minor audio break at first buffering issue will exist on large-sector disks (the main mutex speed issue was genuinely resolved earlier). At this point it's best dealt with at the buffering level. It seems a larger filechunk could be used again. 2) Perhaps 64-bit sims will have some minor issues (finicky) but a backroll of the code of concern there is a 5-minute job. All kernel objects become incompatible so a full rebuild and update is needed.

395b785a79 The iAudio remote LCD internal scan direction is horizontal. Make test_scanrate usable on the M3 by adjusting to that.

68a21689ae Consistent naming scheme the various blit functions. * Removed lcd_blit_mono() for colour targets. Plugin API became incompatible, so sort, clean up & bump. * Implemented lcd_blit_mono() for M3.
