bd380b3993 iPod 3G: Ensure wheel repeats are not generated unless the same keycode is posted more than once in a row, regardless of velocity. Remove 'was_hold' from handle_scroll_wheel calls since the call is never reachable with was_hold being true. Just clear pending ints in one spot after setting levels. Init prev_scroll properly again in 3g case.

910101d613 iPod 3G: Add a small check to ensure backlight never gets stuck off if wheel is inactive for too long (because it limits the number of backlight_on calls).

191320cd0f Rename CPU/COP_INT_CLR to CPU/COP_INT_DIS since it's really a 'write one to disable' register and hasn't anything to do with acknowledging interrupts-- that's handled at the module level.

e249ecc85b iPod 1st..3rd Gen and Mini 1st Gen fixes/improvements: * Remove the unnecessary 'reverse' parameter from handle_scroll_wheel() (a remnant from IPL that's not needed in rockbox), and make it static. * Wheel power saving on 1st Gen needs to disable the respective GPIO interrupts as well, otherwise every wheel check might fire interrupts. Make wheel power saving more self-contained as well.

7c37c54ce5 iPod 1st Gen: Dynamic wheel enable. This reduces wheel power consumption to about 0.5% when hold is not enabled and there is no activity, and keeps it disabled on hold.

021c0868dd iPod 2nd gen: * Fake battery voltage of 4.00V so rockbox doesn't shutdown (ADC is not yet implemented). * Fix button hold polarity for main rockbox. * Implement backlight inversion (the 1st/2nd gen backlight works in a way that makes the LCD look inverted when active). * Fix default contrast and clean up target tree.
