5f8ad3c2a8 FS#10910: Manual incorrectly claims that the sleep timer and wake-up alarm are mutually exclusive 
The alarm works differently now; you can use sleep and alarm together as the alarm no longer powers the player off immediately. Updated manual to remove text stating this is not the case.

b2f5142601 Fix the last part of FS#11670 by using the 'disk' macro that expands to the appropriate storage type for each player, also change a reference to 'MP3 buffer' to 'music buffer'.

ddb31c6ece Manual: add the new \seriesimg option to the 3 different Clip's platform files and rename all _screenshots_ which have 'sansaclip' in their name so that they contain 'clip' instead to make use of this new option. This way they can be used for all Clips even when \specimg will differ.

79a863b322 Replace COWON_D2_PAD with 'touchscreen' in manual button tables and text where appropriate - places where a touch area is meant and hence valid for all touchscreen devices. Makes the Onda VX777 manual build correctly.

af79fda077 Remove some unused pictures in the manual folder: some 'small' pictures of Archos devices, unknown why they still exist - there are now nicer ones derived from the SVGs (in the www module). The 'recording screen' picture is a duplicate of the 'while recording' one which is used instead of the former now.

c3ca746de4 Manual: find a nicer solution for the problem that lead to r23772. Using \newline gives a linebreak inside of the cell - it's not necessary to start a new row and put 2 or 3 (in case of remote targets) in front of it. Simpler code, less error-prone and the lines with alternating colours in the PDF button tables look more suitable. Also rearrange the rest of the affected row's code to make it more readable.

dcdc2b93ae Correct a recording screen usability issue created in r21034. Pause used to start too, then was set to only start and now only pauses. Rec used to start and split, then only split and now again starts and splits.

6f169b4373 Manual: clean up some things related to the inclusion of the remotes. For button tables that use the 'Action' defines use HAVEREMOTEKEYMAP instead of the IRIVER_RC_H100_PAD so that the commands defined in the remote-keymap platform files will automatically be used. If a remote does not have all actions assigned, we can still define these commands but leave them empty. There will be some exceptions but this is still better than long opt lists. - Revert the changes to nim.tex (a Player only plugin) and splitedit.tex (bitmap Archos only) in the plugins section.

41ff287e07 Add remote keymapping to the manual for the iriver H100. Plugins have not yet been done and currently just have a blank column. Most plugins only quit via the remote anyway at this point. Please notify of any errors/omissions (I'm sure there are some).
