c479b9975d FS #8340 by David Bishop. Remove contractions from the manual, as this seems to be common practice in this format and makes it easier to read for non-native english speakers. New manual work should try to adhere to this.

88b8d6eac0 Manual: Introducing a 'multivolume' macro to be a bit more accurate about the Rockbox Info screen, maybe it can be used somewhere else too. The naming follows the idea of parsing the features.txt to usable options (see FS#8567).

56b3f9275a Manual: Be more accurate about 'reset settings with button during startup' - the feature wasn't mentioned in some manuals even though it is possible (Sansas, Iaudios, H10s); use the *_PAD macros because it depends on the keypad and this way it's easier to exclude it from the 1st-3rd gen Ipod manuals (currently not possible on these targets); use the 'press button' phrasing for the Gigabeat (still not perfect but better than before).

3d9220671d Repair OndioFM manual that accidentally got broken in the previous fmradio.tex commit because the virtual keyboard description doesn't use the manual 'button action' macros for Ondio manuals. (I.e. the quick fix, leaves work on the platform files/virtual keyboard section to do).

c598ce037f Manual: 'enable' the radio chapter for the c200 (add a screenshot), add missing e200 and c200 button descriptions in the table as well as in the text below and add a note about Sansas with or without the radio chip. Use the macros a bit more efficiently. State everything as is currently but this chapter needs some work...

d041521e5f Overhaul of the 'system options' chapter in the manual, introducing a few new options in the platform files. These make it possible to in- or exclude parts easier and more obvious based on the features of a target and follow the 'features.txt' that's used for the language files (just the check for flash based vs. hdd based player would be inverted). The idea was to be able to parse the features.txt into these platform files automatically later on.

88d85c8a9f Manual: Edit the H10 platform files and the fmradio.tex to reflect the recent changes and include the radio chapter in the H10 manuals (reported missing by Alex Fournelle in IRC). Filled out the preset howtos below the button table to make it compile even though it's also missing Sansa specific info (but still compiled). In the long run a rewrite of the chapter would be better.

42995a3515 Fill in some volume/bass/treble values for some targets. Shorten the EQ section a bit and stop using a table for describing the bands, since that wastes a ton of space.

66f0cb2f60 FS#7232 - Fix some inconsistencies within the Sansa keymap. Makes it 
easier to use with one thumb, a little more symmetrical for lefties, and 
a little more consistent both within the scope of the e200 target and 
cross-target. Manual should be updated with the changes.

df1f0d6429 Chessbox: ported to c200, also simplify the tile size calculation (thanks to Jens). Just retrieve it from the assigned bmp (same as e.g. Sudoku does), so that there's no need to check for lcd resolution in two different places. Update the manual.

4bd1aacbc4 Mandelbrot: make increasing/decreasing iterations on X5/M5 actually usable (the buttoncombo was not possible before) and add necessary _PRE definitions to the defines and the button loop to prevent repeating the event accidentally (on some targets there was no control about how many steps one actually zoomed out on one button 'press'). Update the menu accordingly and fill out the blanks...

4c18152654 Jewels: use 'Power' on M5/X5 to exit the plugin as in every other plugin. Mention this in the manual button table too and add the missing information for other targets as well. The table part in the tex file is restructured, a small workaround was necessary to make the Ipod manuals build correctly (is commented). Maybe someone with better tex skills could find a better solution?

f138fe28dc Specify the width for the player overview image too and make sure the aspect ratio is kept. Used value seems to work fine for all manuals.

294ec1d110 Remove the ID3 tag version priority setting on the grounds of it being pretty pointless. ID3v2 tags are superior to ID3v1 tags, and needs less seeking around to find.

d9bf26a127 Remove the ability to restart chessbox with a button (combo). It became redundant since there is a menu item for it; it didn't work on M5 or X5 before and there was a good chance of restarting accidentally. Also update the manual accordingly.
