9acd242839 skin bar tag: Load an image from a label or filename. i.e %xl(bar_image, pb.bmp,0,0) %pb(0,0,10,10,bar_image) or %pb(0,0,10,10, pb.bmp) both are acceptable.

3eb5826c8a improvement for bar tag with slider. 
-fix bug the slider is drawn outside of the bounds (FS#11658).
-offset the slider position so that the center of the slider indicates current position.
-add nobar option. if this option is set, the bar isn't drawn at all.

a1cf4ced83 Unify 32mb and 64mb ipod video builds - FS#11580 
Since memory on 32mb ipod videos is mapped twice, a 64mb build still has codecs and plugins mapped in a usable area. This means that all that needs to be done to support 32mb and 64mb boards with the same build is to adjust audiobufend to avoid using more than the actually present RAM.

faaf431d32 Accept FS#11567 by Fred Bauer - better memory management for the skin fonts 
%Fl now takes an optional 3rd param which is the number of glyphs to cache (default to 256). the smaller the number, the less ram will be used (i.e using 15 for a font which only shown numbers is a good idea)

8799af3d73 Small change to sansa fuze keymap. 
Move stop from long home to long play/pause in wps, browsers and fm screen.
In the fm screen that means switching between scan and preset is now on long home.
Move stop from the power switch to long play/pause in the hid multimedia mode.
Update manual keymaps.

5b47b89d16 First step of completing the target rename in the manual. Some target specific options were already renamed in the rest of the source (e.g. see r23883) but not where they are actually set - in the platform files - leading to parts included or excluded incorrectly. The problem exists for more targets, this commit deals with the supported Iaudios first. Rename 'x5' to 'iaudiox5' (do the same for 'm5' and 'm3'), fix small errors or add missing info related to them along the way, use more appropriate options and simplify code a bit where possible.

70ebe46d74 New feature for the %xl (image load) tag. If you give it the filename __list_icons__ it will use the list icon strip instead of loading a different bmp. 
example:
%xl(I, __list_icons__, 0, 0)
%xd(I, %Li)

^ display the list icon at position 0,0 in that viewport. (you can of course %xd(Ia) if you really wanted also.)

3f8e7fc26f New feature for the %xd() (display a preloaded image) skin tag. 
It can now automatically load the correct subimage from a strip (assuming the strip is in the correct order)  by giving a tag for the 2nd param.
example: %xd(F, %mp) which is equivilant to %?mp<%xd(Fa)|%xd(Fb)|%xd(Fc)|%xd(Fd)|%xd(Fe)>
You can also set the subimage offset.. i.e %xd(E, %mm, -1) which means "show nothing for the first value of %mm and use the bitmap strip for the remaining values"

if a tag+offset is <0 or greater than the number of subimages in a strip he image is cleared (I'm open to changing this if someone has a better idea)

cabbiev2.176x220x16.wps is an example of how to use this

7cb7c78346 Fix Rockboy wrongly included in the Ondio manuals - the linebreak after the opening { made TeX ignore the first following option, a comment also escapes the linebreak and helps here. Also change the option to ONDIO_PAD as the keypad is the important criteria here.

ced4080bc3 Manual: add \seriesimg to the OndioFM's and OndioSP's platform file and use it to clean up some Ondio specific screenshots. There are a few 'different to the Recorders' screenshots because Ondios don't have an RTC. Some were there twice to make them show in both manuals but not actually different - rename one of each real duplicate pairs to -ondio and delete the other. There are a few FM and SP specific ones that will stay as they are really different for the two (related to radio and recording).

ddb31c6ece Manual: add the new \seriesimg option to the 3 different Clip's platform files and rename all _screenshots_ which have 'sansaclip' in their name so that they contain 'clip' instead to make use of this new option. This way they can be used for all Clips even when \specimg will differ.

439cddf72c Apply LATEXOPTS to all LaTeX runs. 
If the build folder does not have the .aux file created yet a different build
rule triggers that was lacking the LATEXOPTS variable, thus not running in
nonstopmode. This results in the builds hanging in interactive mode if the
sources contain an error.

9ac4b44610 SKIN BREAK: %pb, %bl and %pv (bar types) changed so the image is the last param instead of the first. skin updater, skins and manual all updated. 
NEW PARSER: add an 'N' param type which will accept any number of strings, will cause very big problems if this isnt the last param for a tag.

48832cd20a Change font encoding to T1. 
Some characters used by the manual can't be represented by the default font
encoding OT1 used by LaTeX. Switching the font encoding to T1 fixes this, and
makes the manuals build again.

5b4a84a4ce FS#11149: alternative fix for ipod startup/shutdown issue 
Instead of using the OF's low-battery handler to force a shutdown which appears to have numerous unwanted side effects, just clear the end of IRAM before shutting down which appears to solve the original "ipod sometimes needs hard reset to turn on" issue.

If you experience the "need hard reset" issue after this commit, please let us know. It has been tested on several models but we still don't know for sure what the original problem was. ;)

854dfba1b4 Fix broken Iaudio M3 manual and missing buttons in the M:Robe 100 manual, caused by the same weirdness of tex: breaking a long opt list needs escaping of the linebreak otherwise the one option before or after the break will be ignored (the one that is 'disconnected' from the comma).
