Solomon Peachy 41a6da6043 builds: Enable -fno-delete-null-pointer-checks globally 
* arm failures in lua, wolf3d, quake, flac
 * m68k failures in lua, wmapro
 * mips ???

I still think that most of these are actually due to latent bugs or
ambiguous code.
