7a72a291cb Add WPS hotkey for the D2, and make the tree hotkey only valid for non-touchscreen targets. This will have to be revisited if we gain touchscreen targets with tree hotkey capabilities.

8c8b0b37c2 Enable the IAUDIO_RC_PAD macro for the M5 and X5 too, so that tables using this instead of the platform files' actions can be filled too. Complete the table in the quick start section mentioning how to start and shut down Rockbox for the Iaudio remote while at it.

6b9de1ea91 Enable info about the Iaudio remote keymapping in the M5 and X5 manual. Only 'actions' are included now, it still needs a check for accuracy and updating some button tables.

0fdc2d5541 Initial manuals for clipv2 and clip+, with corrected installation instructions. The player picture in Chapter 3 is the same as the Clipv1 for both Clipv2 and Clip+ - this needs changing for the Clip+.

- Pressing top-right switches back and forth from WPS to last browsed directory
- Pressing top-left switches from WPS to Main Menu, and vice-versa
- Pressing center pauses
- Long pressing center stops

b7f728d138 FS#10785: Add new context CONTEXT_MORSE_INPUT for keymaps which is used during morse input mode in virtual keyboard. 
This will enable to use morse input on targets that doesn't have enough key for both the keyboard and morse input in one context.
Enable morse input on archosondio as an example.

bb20b6c4c3 Cowon D2: Map ACTION_WPS_BROWSE to BUTTON_MINUS|BUTTON_POWER because you sometimes hit it by accident when turning off hold feature. 
Suggested by Bkd11 in the Cowon D2 forum thread.

2e865286bc \genericimg should be the generic image, i.e. the resolution. If a target specific screenshot exists (using the \specimg value) exists it's used automatically. Putting the target specific extension into \genericimg defeats the purpose of the fallback system. Fixes clip screenshots.
