4134e91950 Assembler optimised FLAC 24 bit handling routines for Coldfire based players. Decoding speed should be improved drastically. Haven't got so many 24 bit files myself, so let me know if something sounds off.

730dee8a99 Don't trigger the plugin bitmap build twice from the plugin Makefile. For some reason, both apps/bitmaps and apps/plugins/bitmaps are still sometimes checked twice though.

4f1ca13c23 Star: * Uses bitmap build system for all resolutions. * Working bitmaps for H10_5GB and iPod mini, and extra bitmaps for iPod Nano, by Marianne Arnold. * 6x7 pixel bitmaps for archos to utilise the full screen width, have almost correct aspect ratio, and real stars. * Working button definitions for X5, some cleanup for Gigabeat and H10. * Faster transition update, working properly for portrait displays. * Proper vertical alignment and nicer horizontal alignment for the info display. * Better tile animation.

b89b5ba2ee (1) New syntax to support conditional formatting. 
(2) Reduced tagnavi memory consumption.
(3) There was a bug that splash screen counter was counting down when
inserting tracks next. But in fact that might be preferred, so always
count down after successful tagcache query.

6aa12c11f7 Added a small interface to screens to translate colors into remote gray levels on the x5. Splash screens paint properly with light gray. Should be adapted to a more general approach in the future. A few trailing whitespace trimmings got into a couple files but that is fine.

661c3406a9 Added inner fill option to normal scrollbar and foreground only option. Added a left-pointing cursor for using pointer. Updated color picker and now sliders look very good on color, grayscale and mono screens when using bar selector. Some misc. changes for appearance.

fc865cb5a8 Revert change to screen_access.c (adding the native-bitmap drawing function) that caused warnings on the H3x0. We now draw the USB logo using the normal lcd_bitmap() and lcd_remote_bitmap() functions instead of the screens API, which doesn't handle the differing bitmaps types well. Remove apps/gui/logo.[ch] as they are now longer used.

6c9b1d46ee Made EQ and color chooser buttons work with remote. Fixed the date/time screen mappings on main unit (no date/time settings are possible from remote yet). Rearranged mappings and switch statements into alphabetical order for easier reference.

cc66aea55d Made color picker work on x5 remote and display nicely when using backdrops. Also tweaked the appearance in general. Keymap still does not entirely function however (no inc/dec yet).
