8301b69951 Samsung YH: Many keymap fixes for keyboard screen, wps, set time/date and quickscreen. Little kludge for quickscreen: Entering the quickscreen requires pressing 2 directional buttons (left and down), but that's really easy to do actually, much easier than messing with the side buttons (which don't even work reliably), accidental option changes shouldn't be possible due to use of precondition.

4c48b59be8 User definable UI viewport, to be able to restrict the UI into a viewport for all bitmap displays. 
Flyspray: FS#8799

This will allow for pretty themes, for example those with nice glass effects on their backdrops (some might argue they're wasting screen space but it's upto them),
as well as allowing for future background WPS updates in the main UI.

Plugins are not converted yet, they simply use the full screen. Ideally, any plugin that does *not* want the UI viewport, should take care of that itself (i.e. plugins should normally use the UI viewport).

3b75c86d74 A bit mroe wps/skin engine cleanup so that the structs the wps uses can be static: 
-add wrappers wps_data_load() and wps_data_init() so that other code doesn't need the structs for that
-change (and rename) gui_sync_wps_uses_albumart() to take points to be filled as parameter to get the AA size of a wps

3e7444ff87 part two of the grand overall wps/skinning engine cleanup work: 
* rename wps_engine to skin_engine as that was agreed on
* rename music_screen back to wps
* clean up the skin display/update functions a bit
* make skin_data_load setup the hardcoded default if a skin cant be loaded for whatever reason instead of doing it when it is first displayed

ignore any gui_wps or wps_ or gwps_ nameing in skin_engine/ ... these will be renamed as this work gets finished

5e5fc64cb2 Start of some apps/ and wps cleanup work... Move everything related to the actual drawing of the wps into apps/gui/wps_engine, things related to the actual screen are in apps/gui/music_screen.c (names are temporary unless noone comes up with anything better) 
No real code changes.

5c9fe52629 Commit part of FS#9873 - Utilise buttons for playlisting 
It adds a shortcut (combo or button) to directly go from the wps to the playlist viewer. The combos could possibly be improved on some targets, but I tried to keep a tad bit of consistency (was hardly possible).
I also added a corresponding touchscreen region and adapted cabbiev2.

815dcfdd35 Use hand-written constants table on ARMv5+ for JPEG IDCT, and load four 16-bit constants at a time with ldrd. Not useful for ARMv4, since one load per constant would still be needed, and limited range of ldrsh would force multiple copies of table.

6a0d931f38 Core JPEG decoder improvements: 
For >8-point vertical IDCT, transpose the coefficients while decoding them, so that the vertical IDCT can read in rows rather than columns. This improves speed a bit for this size even using the C IDCT.
Remove inline ARM asm, replacing it with an external file containing pure asm IDCT functions.
Add jpeg_ prefix to JPEG IDCT functions since some of them will now be visible globally.

e40075e5b7 Adjust AC decode such that decode *always* stops before storing an unneeded coefficient. Remove extra lines from zag[] as it should not be possible to store a coefficient for k>63, even for corrupted files.

1d6df54df2 Convert a number of places in core and plugins to use the BIT_N() macro instead of 1<<n. Speeds up things on SH1, and also reduces core binsize. Most notable speedups: 1 bit lcd driver: drawpixel +20%, drawline + 27%, hline +5%; jpeg viewer: +8% for 1/8 scaling. Other targets are unaffected.

92785b8f2f Use pre-multiplication in scaler to save one multiply per color component on ARM and Coldfire, at the cost of an extra add/shift in the horizontal scaler to reduce values to a workable range. SH-1 retains the same basic math, as 
the use of 16x16->32 hardware multiplication in the earlier scaler stages saves more than removing the 32x32->40 multiply to descale output.

20f76d61ae Make JPEG and BMP scaler optional with HAVE_JPEG and HAVE_BMP_SCALING, both defined for all targets that have HAVE_ALBUMART. Disable JPEG in PictureFlow and pluginlib album art search with 32KiB plugin buffer until PictureFlow 
gets overlay support.

80cb3551eb Statusbar handling fixes. 
Fixes FS#9845 - %we/%wd wasnt working
WPS no longer resets the viewportmanger more than needed (was doing it twice/draw before)
screens can now enable/disable the statusbar easily ignoring the setting instead of needing special handling (fix for the radio screen coming soon)

minor glitch introduced in this commit... the statusbar in the WPS might disappear for a fraction of a second when it is entered, I need to track this down...

07e982df8a cleanup for core-file-in-pluginlib compilation: 
wrapper C files in pluginlib renamed to the same name as the core files they
wrap

pluginlib-only init functions for resize and bmp moved into the wrapper files,
and declared in the associated header files

API() macro removed entirely, in favor of a core-only header file that
redefines core function names to use a plugin_api pointer

some unnecessary uses of PLUGIN in apps/recorder/bmp.c removed
