3b12634e6b Commit FS#12321 - Touchscreen: List line padding, to more easily select lines 
This adds line padding to lists on touchscreens,
in order to make lists reasonably useful without huge fonts.

It's configurable:
* Automatic (default, line height calculated using a lcd dpi aware function)
* Off (status quo, line height = font height)
* X pixels (from 2 to 50 in even steps)

The automatic setting should/aims to Just Work Out Of The Box on all targets

7b374b43b5 Use enum themable_icons in struct file_type and struct filetype (who made those names?). 
It's the correct type and should save some memory due to struct padding (on eabi).

* make custom viewer icons work slightly better
* minor nit-picks to keep crop happy
* create a /.rockbox/themes/default_rockbox_icons.cfg to restore the default icons easily

21165a3f3d Recode filetypes.c to remove its need for a static string buffer. 
Functional changes:
- filetypes.c handles the open with menu now instead of onplay.c
- automatic plugin registration no longer works (did anyone know about you could do this?)

ad4e3d6657 First step of charcell LCD code rework: * Make it fully unicode aware so that adding non-ISO8859-1 scripts becomes possible (limited by the LCD capabilities of course). * Make the API more similar to the bitmap LCD code's API. * Moved hardware dependent parts to target tree. * Simplified code. * Jumpscroll temporarily non-functional.

02a871780f Remove the need to double up the MENU macros in manu.h. 
Icons are now used by their id which must be part of the icons_6x8 enum, 
or Icon_NOICON for none
