17cae50497 PictureFlow: Add hotkeys for changing sorting on iPods / Update manual 
Adjust current sorting by pressing both
the Select button and Menu (or Play)
at the same time.

cade488b08 pictureflow: Fix 'Update Cache' function and update manual 
The artwork cache was previously always rebuilt,
even if you had selected the option to update.

"Preparing artwork" should be much quicker now
after a database update.

132034346f Manual: Update PictureFlow 
- Update the manual entry for PictureFlow with
the latest features and fix keymap

- Strongly suggest enabling the database's
"Load to RAM" feature (in my experience, this
can lead to a ~60x speedup when building the
album index)

- Suggest enabling the dircache, as it can
noticeably improve the loading times for
album art.

8cb555460f [3/4] Completely remove HWCODEC support 
'swcodec' is now always set (and recording_swcodec for recording-capable
units) in feature.txt so the manual and language strings don't need to
all be fixed up.

5e91ec1401 Samsung YH820/92x keymap bugfixes 
This patch fixes some (mostly small) plugin issues with the "big"
YH-keymap patch (a507b). Only one fix affects the main keymaps
(virtual keyboard "DONE" now exits after long key /release/ instead
of long button /press/).

a507bb2837 YH8xx,YH9xx: Keymap improvement 
The main "innovation" in this patch are two "virtual buttons"
for the record switch on YH92x targets. When the switch state
changes, a single BUTTON_REC_SW_ON or .._OFF button event will
be generated. Thus keymap code can react on switching, but
not on the actual state of the switch.

Wherever sensible, the following user scheme is applied:
- use PLAY as confirm button
- use REW button or Long REW to exit
- use REC (YH820) or FFWD (YH92X) as modifier key for button combos

79a863b322 Replace COWON_D2_PAD with 'touchscreen' in manual button tables and text where appropriate - places where a touch area is meant and hence valid for all touchscreen devices. Makes the Onda VX777 manual build correctly.

eca2ef1307 Manual: Pictureflow chapter - foremost fixing the M3 manual but clean up the button table completely to make it more readable and be more accurate (this needed a small correction to the Iaudio remote keymap file). 8d194f08d7 Add a generic \opt{HAVEREMOTEKEYMAP}{& } to button maps to allow all 
manuals with HAVEREMOTEKEYMAP defined to build, regardless of whether 
tables have been edited for the specific remote keymap.  The actual 
button can be added inside this opt.

Change many IRIVER_RC_H100_PAD opts to the generic HAVEREMOTEKEYMAP

8b8cbf65c8 More cleanup and rearrangement for three column button tables in the manual. Most importantly: move the recently added IRIVER_RC_H100_PAD opt - including the additional column seperator - below everything that belongs to the first column. This way every column is grouped and it also allows to combine different remote control pads if they use the same button. Use HAVEREMOTEKAYMAP if the line refers to an ActionSomething. While at it, add or change some white space to make the tables more readable (there is still a lot to be desired there...) and remove a few tabs in random_folder_advance_config.tex. Also fix sliding.tex to make it show all buttons in an M5 manual by using the appropriate _PAD opt and not simply 'x5'. Finally, remove the one overlooked reference to the H100 remote pad in split_editor.tex.

41ff287e07 Add remote keymapping to the manual for the iriver H100. Plugins have not yet been done and currently just have a blank column. Most plugins only quit via the remote anyway at this point. Please notify of any errors/omissions (I'm sure there are some).

fd14cac7c2 Split HAVE_SCROLLWHEEL into HAVE_SCROLLWHEEL and HAVE_WHEEL_ACCELERATION, where the latter now activates the wheel acceleration code. 
HAVE_SCROLLWHEEL plainly indicates the existence of a scrollwheel, thus all ipods define it now (in addition to the ones and some 
sansas which did before). Same applies to the manual.
