f54ce55bce Fix an almost 3 years old bug introduced when moving the archos power handling to target tree: ide_powered() must always use the full implementation, even if HAVE_ATA_POWER_OFF isn't defined. This led to an ATA panic in the Player's charging screen for SVN builds (only applies to flashed Players).

af79fda077 Remove some unused pictures in the manual folder: some 'small' pictures of Archos devices, unknown why they still exist - there are now nicer ones derived from the SVGs (in the www module). The 'recording screen' picture is a duplicate of the 'while recording' one which is used instead of the former now.

4421746357 Rework how progressbars are managed so you can have as many bars in a viewport as you want (!). 
Change %pv (volume) to be able to be drawn in the same style as %pb (using a line or a bmp). %pv - no change, %pv|bmp|x|y|width|height| exactly like %pb
DO NOT use %?pv|....| because it will draw when you dont want it to!

a06f1416b9 Fix Ipod Mini manual. 
With r24009 the manual used for Ipod Mini was changed from 2G to 1G, resulting
in Rockbox Utility not finding it anymore. Update manual name for both Minis.

eb755ec351 Gigabeat S: Slow down the SPI clock to 1/8 current speed. It seems lower voltages can reveal the weakness that forbids maximum-speed clocking per the SPI spec. OF leaves it set much slower. Push it a bit over OF since it's been gotten away with fairly cleanly so far. Settings on pins and interface to be more thoroughly investigated.

bad4142ce2 Add LBA48 support to all targets with ATA, except archoses whose USB bridge chip can't handle it. 
The cost of LBA48 support is very small and it means that upgraded drives/CF cards which are over 128GiB will just work with no custom build required. There should be no runtime effect on disks which do not require it.

0b476f75f1 Text viewer: When loading settings and prefs font loading fails, not only 
refert to the global settings font, but also set the viewer prefs font to that
font, so that when the user re-opens the viewer no warning will appear again,
and also so that when the user selects new font, the currenly used font will be
selected
