Meizu M6 SP: make bootloader compile and run again
...
* don't use DRAM yet in the bootloader linker script
* add header files for the ftl and nand
* update svn:keywords

Meizu M6 SP: update lcd driver, it is now possible to display a rockbox logo (with some limitations, see comments in lcd-m6sp.c)
