5017523a6b Add UART suuport for s5l8700 and s5l8701 
Add UART support for s5l8700/1 using the UC870X UART controller,
actually the functionallity is disabled and must be enabled for
each individual target. Tested on iPod Nano 2G (s5l8701), not
tested on s5l8700.

e464656b88 Implement udelay() for S5L870x. Exchange sleep() with udelay() during CPU voltage scaling. Voltage scaling was measured stable with 50us delay, to have some headroom we use 100us.

332da92189 Oops, too many files were committed in r22025, revert this one. The other changes committed as r22025 were initial button and audio drivers for the Nano2G - more work is needed on both, but they work.

4ed78f5c72 Clean up panicf and introduce system_exception_wait to do further target tasks and wait for a button when an unrecoverable error has occurred (panic, UIE, etc.). Returning from that function should reboot or don't return from it. Move UIE and __div0 for ARM to its own file.
