c9bb152a33 - kill an additional space \reference introduced for us 
- don't uppercase headings to make it similar with the footer. Also use the same headings for plain style pages.

0623841091 Revamped 'Managing Settings' sections. Merged the duplicative 'Manage settings' sections in chapter 5 and chapter 7 (the 'Manage settings' section in chapter 5 was in the wrong place anyway, as 'Manage settings' is not in the system submenu). Improved the organization of 7.3. Updated cross-references so that the description in chapter 7 can be easily referenced from the overview description contained in the 'Main Manual' chapter.

e6ed58f6c5 Better implementation of the new greyscale algorithm. A bit faster (+2% on iPod and Archos, +7% on Iriver H1x0), and more straightforward. * Fixed garbage display when a plugin switches on the overlay before drawing anything.

71dc284b5d New algorithm for grayscale buffer updates which is faster for large buffer depths. Speedup (unbuffered, depth==32): +8% on H1x0, +17% on Recorder (depth==24), and +83% on iPod Mini.
