ced4080bc3 Manual: add \seriesimg to the OndioFM's and OndioSP's platform file and use it to clean up some Ondio specific screenshots. There are a few 'different to the Recorders' screenshots because Ondios don't have an RTC. Some were there twice to make them show in both manuals but not actually different - rename one of each real duplicate pairs to -ondio and delete the other. There are a few FM and SP specific ones that will stay as they are really different for the two (related to radio and recording).

64ddbddad6 Set \specimg to sansaclipplus again for the Clip+ so that it uses the correct player image (screenshots will still be correct due to \seriesimg - compare to r25344 and r26198). Fixes part of FS#1180).

ddb31c6ece Manual: add the new \seriesimg option to the 3 different Clip's platform files and rename all _screenshots_ which have 'sansaclip' in their name so that they contain 'clip' instead to make use of this new option. This way they can be used for all Clips even when \specimg will differ.

e39d9af882 Manual: add another possible parameter to screenshot names: 'seriesimg' to be able to use screenshots for manuals of the same series (e.g. all Clips) which need to be different to other targets with the same resolution, keeping the possibility to differentiate between targets (e.g. the Clip+ and the rest).

d6446d0b08 Begin shoehorning wma into the clip codec buffer again. Reduce the static buffer used by init_vlc so that it is no larger than is needed. Make the VLCcode struct packed to save space.

4a46996922 Theme Editor: Integrated target db with project creation code. Now changing the target option in the New Project dialog will change the available options for wps documents, and the target id is stored in the new config file

1c1d10b9fd Set mime-type correctly to image/png for all text viewer screenshots. Mime-type wasn't set at all before - leading to textual comparison of these binary files and creating cryptic 'characters' in a diff which causes problems in some text editors.

701dafdf30 MPIO HD200 grey blitting: Use line reads for the pixel values as well. Almost doubles the ISR speed (47% -> 24% load), giving 42% faster greylib framebuffer updates.

f5c79105a4 mkamsboot: fix for newer fuzev2 
These models are restricted to OF >= v02.3.31, probably because of a
hardware change
The OF checks a version string located between 0x0 and 0x200 in the
firmware block, so let's keep this part unmodified

We put our dualboot code at 0x200, and insert a branch + vectors at 0x0
That way our patched file will present the OF version to the fuzev2 OF
patching it, and we only waste 512 bytes on other models

a87c61854e Sync codeclib bitstream code with upstream ffmpeg code. Build ffmpeg_bitstream.c as a part of the codec lib. Use this codeclib implementation in libffmpegFLAC. Implement adapted version of the unaligned longword reading optimization for coldfire from the libwma version of this code. Speeds up cook decoding by 2-3% on h300 and flac by 25% on h300, also speeds up flac decoding by 2% on c200 (decoding speed of cook on c200 is unchanged).
