5b5a626bb6 Setup the touchpads to have two modes - stylus and button - and set them in button mode by default. 
in button mode the touchpad is split into a 3x3 grid for 9 seperate buttons which can be used by the action system like real buttons.
Unify the keymap file for the touchpads in button mode. the target keymap file only needs to worry about real buttons.
(As these ports mature each screen will need to be fixed seperatly to be able to use stylus mode (the lists can already but don't change mode just yet.)

d3c0a7f169 Change the way the UART recieves data and how buttons pressed are processed. Also move some of the debug menu into the target tree and allow rockblox to build when the screen is rotated.

12d1ff912c touchpad driver for the mrobe. nothing in apps/ uses it yet. 
Changes to button driver: HAVE_BUTTON_DATA targets pass the button data straight back in the button_read_device() call

d8667df357 slightly better touchpad driver. Still not brilliant, but the bootloader/debugger can follow a stylus with a cursor, so we can start work on getting apps/ working

274c2b8d69 touchpad calibration (very simple calibration screen is in mrobe500.c 
but will not actually be used in the bootloader once rockbox main is running)
