4a483bb1bf M:Robe 500: Mostly complete USB driver, supports BULK mode currently and gets about 2 MB/s writes vs 1.1 MB/s on the OF. Mostly tested against Linux, preliminary testing in Windows appears to work. There is currently a bug in the attach process where it only works once per boot that needs to be fixed. There are a few other minor M:Robe 500 changes as well.

1d6df54df2 Convert a number of places in core and plugins to use the BIT_N() macro instead of 1<<n. Speeds up things on SH1, and also reduces core binsize. Most notable speedups: 1 bit lcd driver: drawpixel +20%, drawline + 27%, hline +5%; jpeg viewer: +8% for 1/8 scaling. Other targets are unaffected.

2409c28f21 Sansa AMS: Revert r21177 : the timer frequency is used by the user timer (example: metronome will be twice too fast)
Instead use a private KERNEL_TIMER_FREQ define which is dependant on HAVE_SCROLLWHEEL
Comment that call_tick_tasks() will read the scrollwheel
Remove the unneeded volatile type qualifier from poll_scrollwheel

adb978a44d Sansa AMS: Various fixes/enhancements for clock frequencies
Fix CGU_DBOP setting

Set PCLK to the exact frequency (62MHz, not the maximal frequency)

Use a better comment for CLK_DIV macro

Use preprocessor safety checks for clock divider sizes to avoid future mistakes (not for SD_IDENT frequency since that check is handled by mci_set_clock_divider)

Use maximal IDE frequency of 66MHz (like OF), not 90MHz like written in AS3525 datasheet. The IDE chip is somehow linked to internal storage, and a too high frequency could affect the storage driver.

Use the same DBOP frequency of 32MHz for all models (like OF, verified clip, fuze, e200v2 and m200v4), compromise between performance and battery life could be added in the future for each target
Performance increase on Sansa Fuze with DBOP freq. set to 64MHz: +12% fps for lcd_update, +1% fps for yuv

49fccaf2d9 FS#9730 by Torne Wuff - support installing Rockbox in the firmware partition in place of the main Apple firmware. This image is only loaded if no rockbox.ipod is found so does not affect current behaviour. The advantage is a small increase in boottime. 0eb5dc649f beginings of a working touchscreen interface for the WPS. 2 new tags:
%T|x|y|width|height|action| <- setup a region (relative to the current viewport) where if pressed the "action" will be done (currently play/stop/prev/next/menu/browse work, suggestions for others to add and better names welcome)
%Tl<timeout> <- used as a conditional to say if the touchscreen was touched in the last <timeout>, use this to enable/disable button viewports or something... same syntax as other timeout tags

cabbiev2 for the mr500 has been modified to demonstrate the new tags. press the pause/play button to pause playback. press the rockbox logo to get back to the menu. pretty icons needed to make this more usable :)

ec797ed622 FS#10113 - Sansa AMS : do not use unaligned buffers on ATA DMA by Rafaël Carré.
Fixes various storage related problems like stuttering audio, md5sum and test disk failure and Sansa Fuze's backdrop corruption by using aligned buffers. There's a speed penalty but stability has more priority.

bac611868e FS#10114 - Sansa AMS : use IRAM for codecs on >2MB targets Rafaël Carré
Activates IRAM for AMS Sansas to be used by codecs and core. Fixes Reboot-on-mp3 and gives speed up on codecs using IRAM in general.
I've made a change: the core/codec ratio is 0x20000/0x30000 instead of 0x10000/0x40000, 0x30000 is way more than codecs currently use (0x14000 at max) and the core might need more than 0x10000.

843c7efaf8 FS9795 - some playback cleanup.
* Use events to notify things when the track has changed instead of the nasty has_track_changed()
* Event for when the mp3entry for the next track is avilable (which allows alot more tags to be static which means less redrawing in the WPS)
* virtually guarentee that the mp3entry sturct returned by audio_current/next_track() is going to be valid for the duration of the current track. The only time it wont be now is during the time between the codec finishing the previous track and the next track actually starting (~2s), but this is not an issue as long as it is called again when the TRACK_CHANGED event happens (or just use the pointer that gives)
It is still possible to confuse the WPS with the next tracks id3 info being displayed but this should fix itself up faster than it used to (and be harder to do)

MPEGPlayer now works with reasonable performance on smaller videos, but YUV blitting persists after MPEGPlayer is left, some cleanup/changes to the initialization code. 6ce98bda11 FS#10018 general pp bootloader: start the OF if loading rockbox fails. Resolves a bug where the c200 bootloader would loop flashing the logo if loading rockbox failed and drop support for loading old .e200 and .h10 rockbox main binaries for the e200 resp h10, affects e200, c200, h10 (both kinds) and mrobe 100.

fa2d011a55 Restore behavior of the original implementation strnatcmp to not ignore leading zeros. Fixes FS#10029 (Files being sorted incorrectly in latest builds), leads to better sorting of decimal numbers. It also doesn't sort 2 before 03 (but still before 10) anymore.

4ed387d603 Fix reds and yellows (hopefully). Some targets apparently didn't properly #ifdef lcd_enable and lcd_sleep code out, so that it got partly active in the bootloader; rename the ui simulator stub fixes most reds; for the clip: move the hook code into lcd-1bit-vert.c which should fix the bootloader red.

b7739fbf1c Rework lcd_enabled and lcd_set/call_enable hook
a) lcd_enabled() is now lcd_active(), and is available for HAVE_LCD_SLEEP only targets (e.g. ipod video) too. It was depandent on HAVE_LCD_ENALE only before
b) rename the hook accordingly, and implement the hook for other other targets too (e.g. the clip [the only mono target with lcd_enable/lcd_sleep yet, so the code is still in the lcd driver], ipod, fuze, c200)
