x1000: add support for GD5F1GQ4xExx NAND flash

This is another chip used in newer Surfans F20 units. Like the
Winbond chip, it's a 1-gigabit chip with on-die ECC. Notably it
has an expanded 128-byte OOB area that is only accessible when
on-die ECC is disabled.
