Jean-Louis Biasini dcc78cb867 Fuze+/calendar's plugin update keymaps and manual
- fuze+ keymaps for calculator updated
- manual updated accordingly
- also correct a little problem with a line only used by mpio hd300
manual but that appears on all other target's manual.
