Solomon Peachy 961ffa61dd Use STORAGE_NEEDS_BOUNCE_BUFFER instead of STORAGE_NEEDS_ALIGN
Enable its use in the jz47xx MIPS targets.

(accidently committed g#3249 before making these changes)
