Michael Sevakis b210a3a8cb Fix FS#12860 - iPod 5g line out silent 
Conversion from centibels to register values was left out of
audiohw_set_lineout_volume().

Credit goes to Dave Marsh for providing the fix.

Just another little oversight from sound/audiohw rework.

backlight.c All kernel objects in code shared amongs targets (core, plugins, codecs) should be declared SHAREDBSS_ATTR as any core could potentially touch them even though they seem only to involve threads on one core.
