rbutil uses several components from the utils folder, and can be considered part of utils too. Having it in a separate folder is an arbitrary split that doesn't help anymore these days, so merge them. This folder contains the quazip project for ZIP file compression/decompression. These files are distributed under the LGPL v2.1 or later. Only source files actually used in Rockbox Utility are included, further sources have been left out. Check the quazip source distribution for those. The source files have been last synced with the projects release 0.9.1 at https://github.com/stachenov/quazip/ on June 8, 2020.
