ARMv4 unsigned integer division: Using an overflow-safe comparison method in the main calculation allows to put back the 1.5 cyle (average) optimisation. Shaved off another instruction, as we don't need the remainder. * Use the very efficient ffs algorithm from ffs-arm.S for dividing by a power of 2.

Remove the mallocs for the codecdata in the m4a parser and assume a maximum size of 64 bytes (see comments in source). Also clean up the alac_set_info() function a little and make it alignment-safe. We still need to remove the seektable related mallocs. Please report if any AAC or ALAC files stop playing in Rockbox after this commit - but it is not expected to cause problems.

Combine the Vorbis, WMA and AAC IMDCT functions and put them into the codeclib. Combined IMDCT is now based on existing Tremor transform. Reduces CPU for 192k AAC by 21MHz on Coldfire, and 5MHz on PP5024. WMA and Vorbis should have no functional changes since they already used this code. Further optimization is possible and would benefit all 3 codecs.
