Dave Chapman 5e9732367d Make life easier for people working on new ports (audio drivers are normally one of the last things written), and revert r17511. Also take the opportunity to use more typical dummy values for VOLUME_MIN and VOLUME_MAX.

test Do core interrupt masking in a less general fashion and save some instructions to decrease size and speed things up a little bit. general.c mpegplayer: Make playback engine fully seekable and frame-accurate and split into logical parts. Be sure to have all current features work. Actual UI for seeking will be added soon. Recommended GOP size is about 15-30 frames depending on target or seeking can be slow with really long GOPs (nature of MPEG video).
