Generates one of 3 output formats: (0) Archos recorder, Ondio, Gmini, H1x0 monochrome; this is the default. (1) Archos player graphics library. (2) H1x0 4-shade greyscale. Decision about the pixel value is based on the true pixel brightness, so hopefully no more inverted images.
