Thomas Martitz bd9c0b21d6 A bit of work in the pcm driver. Should be a bit more efficient, but more importantly more dependable. sh	Threading: Split processor support code into respective target files. C files from /target/xxx are included into thread.c because of essential inlining and files are code, not declarations.
