include	Sim I/O and threading that runs more like on target. Tweakable if any genuine slowness imitation is required for any one of them. Keeping IRQs from interacting with the scheduler would be preferable but this should do at the moment. Add more detailed panic info regarding blocking violations so we know who. This patch modifies the target-tree function usb_detect() on all targets from bool to int, returning USB_INSERTED or USB_EXTRACTED instead of true or false.
