Dominik Riebeling a05d061aa3 rbutil: Pass isysroot to rbutil libs on macOS. On macOS we pass the full path to the compiler. On recent versions this causes the compiler to not find its SDK path, this needs to get passed via the isysroot option. This folder contains the source from libtomcrypt.

Only the source files that are actually used have been added. If more
functionality is needed add the missing files.

The source tree has last been synced with libtomcrypt 1.18.2 on 2020-08-08.
