Thom Johansen	953348f1ba	FS #7166. Musepack optimizations and cleanups. Huge speedup on ARM. Note that all ARM (Ipod/Sansa/Gigabeat) targets will now play back Musepack files with somewhat reduced accuracy. Please get in touch via forums or Flyspray if you've got sample files where this is very apparent.
