cb57a568e8 Get rid of tdspeed_enabled in struct dsp_config and use the global_settings member instead. That one needs to be checked in tdspeed_init() as well, else the buffers are always allocated.

c038ab4710 Set the maximum first when updating the progresslogger progress bar as otherwise the new value will get dropped if outside of the valid range. Fixes the progress showing 0% after downloading the manual.

e40075e5b7 Adjust AC decode such that decode *always* stops before storing an unneeded coefficient. Remove extra lines from zag[] as it should not be possible to store a coefficient for k>63, even for corrupted files.

414f6c558b Add appropriate sized cards for 640x480 screens based on svg-cards-2.0. SOURCES is setup for 640x480 on a number of plugins as well, but graphics are not committed yet: will add as plugins are tested
