f993365447 Moved the low-level playback functionality into a new, separate module "mp3_playback". This e.g. allows to export a memory playback API to the plugins, opens the door to games with sound, UI sounds, etc.

219d52a86f ID3v2.3 treats the global unsynch flag in a silly way, so we have to unsynch the whole tag before we can parse the individual frames.

74976c1484 New recording feature: Prerecord up to 30 seconds before you press the Play key. Especially useful for FM radio recording. Also fixed a bug which didn't apply the recording settings correctly in the Radio screen.

5040cc53ec Screen buffer transposed, such that bytes in X-direction are consecutive. This enables my turbocharged lcd_write_data() for regular screen updates. Please check the X11 sim, Win32 works.

42ea60e459 Without having a clue about the actual platform, I hereby announce that the 
Neo players' "select" button works as the "ON" button does on the Archos
players. I thus #define BUTTON_ON to the select one, to make the code all
over automaticly adjust to this fact.

If the select key turns out to be a bad choice, it should be easy to change
here to a more suitable key.

d9d63560fe a side effect in usb_enable() (writing back a "1" while reading a pulled-up input) masked a bug in power_init(), it would have turned off the disk with flash start. Became appearing while converting port access to and_b(), which touches only one byte.

eee3720ebe Genre parsing in id3v2.3 was still wrong. Also, the last frame in the tag could sometimes be ignored. This fixes the strange 1-digit track number bug.

118d45eb92 ATA io_address_detect() now doesn't probe any more, but uses the h/w mask. Probing failed for some flash users. I hope this works for everybody, we have to try to find out.

e9b12dd9eb The other end of my diagnostic code: Rolo now tries to load the file "/startup_io.bin" and restores the I/O space from there, if present. Use a file created from not-flashed for testing.

9f372f1f59 Cold start fixes: master_slave_select() now checks for BSY as well as RDY (since disks are BSY during powerup). Also, wait_for_bsy() looks at ATA_STATUS instead of ATA_ALT_STATUS, since the address of ATA_ALT_STATUS is not determined until later.
