Dominik Riebeling	c876d3bbef	rbutil: Merge rbutil with utils folder. rbutil uses several components from the utils folder, and can be considered part of utils too. Having it in a separate folder is an arbitrary split that doesn't help anymore these days, so merge them. Dominik Riebeling	20f3e646d8	Clean up mktccboot building. No functional changes. - Adjust the Makefile similar to the changes done in r23520. - Split out the standalone part into a separate source file. - Put telechips.o inside the archive instead of building it separately for rbutil.
