e95d7a0e76 Accept FS#7437 - add the delete option to the wps context menu so the currently playing file can be deleted. tested with a 130mb file on my sansa and it didnt cause problems

9d756e2760 Queue song statistical data to the tagcache system and update entirely in background. Fixes ratings disappearing or not saving in the DB at all. Fixes also UI delay when stopping playback and new statistics are committed to DB.

6190a0d68d Add an item to the WPS context menu to browse a currently playing cuesheet. The menu that appears allows changing tracks within the cuesheet. It was already reachable by selecting the right cuesheet file in the file browser, but this makes it easier to use (and should help users noticing that possibility because many seemed to ignore this viewer existed).

26d242ae65 General housekeeping: Make plugin buffer functions take size_t * instead of int * to match the parameter type of the buffer functions called in the core. Get rid of unsafe int * <==> size_t * casting. Use ssize_t where int was used and size_t where unsigned int was used in the buffer calls to not alter signedness in the plugins. No API version change since it should only be an issue for 64-bit sim builds.

21165a3f3d Recode filetypes.c to remove its need for a static string buffer. 
Functional changes:
- filetypes.c handles the open with menu now instead of onplay.c
- automatic plugin registration no longer works (did anyone know about you could do this?)

226cb7b0b8 Rating support for database and WPS (based on FS# 6301). A value between 0 and 10 can be assigned to the currently playing track using the WPS context menu. This value is displayed in the WPS using the %rr tag (replacing autoscore) and can be used as "rating" in tagnavi.config (examples provided).

67eb154146 Removed 'mode' parameter from creat(). It wasn't pure posix anyway, it was ignored on target and mixed into 'oflags' in the simulator. * Simplified io.c a bit by defining a dummy O_BINARY for OSes which don't have that.

5f23fe0277 Minor changes to the delete screen (FS#6022). Use multi-screen api. 
Show the file bin deleted instead of just the current folder. Makes it
look less like it has frozen.
Boost the cpu for the delete folder call.

d8ac607418 Tagcache: Fixed runtime stats not being gathered when tagcache is kept 
on disk. Initial attempt to make tagcache thread safe. Replaced a few
direct buffer allocations with buffer_alloc from tagcache and dircache
where possible.

d9e5b67b71 Patch #1421422 - Backdrop image patch started by Linus, finished by me. Adds ability to set backdrop images for file browser and menus (store full-screen bitmaps in /.rockbox/backdrops/) and also the ability to set a full-screen background image in a WPS using the %X|filename.bmp| WPS tag. Currently only implemented for targets with colour LCDs.

da2b45f2e5 When exiting the context menu with the menu button, call the main menu. Mainly useful on Ondio which can't have both main menu and context menu bound in wps. Holding MODE on Ondio will now bring up the wps context menu instead of the main menu.

6c33c51a4c Redesigned the button handling. The code now uses symbolic function defines instead of checking for specific buttons. This makes it easier to add support for new devices with different button layouts.

107ebc5ba9 Modified playlist handling to allow for multiple playlists to be edited at the same time. Added support in playlist viewer for viewing/editing playlists on disk (accessed via ON+PLAY->Playlist->View on a playlist). Added menu in playlist viewer for changing a few settings and saving playlist. Added File Options menu in playlist viewer ON+PLAY menu.

14078864a0 Allow playing even if we are unable to access the playlist control file (e.g. no .rockbox dir). However, dynamic playlists and resume will not work in this case. Also, there are no playlist options for m3u files when nothing is playing.
