4d86861ce5 rbutil: modify buildsystem so you can build outside of the rbutilqt directoy. (similar to the normal buildsystem). Attention: Spaces in the path will cause errors.

5e1b9cd4a6 Accept FS#9400 - "tools/configure more improvements" by Rosso Maltese. 
This completes the command line capabilities of configure. You can now pass advanced build options (type=aXXX, where X are the shortcuts for the advanced options) as well as voice options. See configure --help.

668a769ca4 Add new asmdefs mechanism for exporting information only available to the C compiler for use in asm files, and use it in arm jpeg idct. See apps/apps.make, apps/core_asmdefs.c, and apps/recorder/jpeg_idct_arm.S for details.
