4b56ee048a Refactor and unify objcopy calls in the build system. Also now properly handles DEBUG builds on hosted targets to keep debug symbols if necessary.

331b23d15b FS#12144, Use -fPIC -fvisibility=hidden only for plugins on sim and app builds and enable it for 32 bit too. Fixes linking errors on simbuilds.

681cedb4d8 Build overlay plugins for all targets with PLUGIN_BUFFER <= 0x10000 bytes
Bring Clipv1 & m200v4 plugin buffer down to this limit
zxbox, chessbox and rockboy build on the clip
rockboy doesn't build on m200v4 due to not enough buttons to make a keymap
Some gameboy roms won't run on Clipv1: tetris does but not pokemon for example

50a6ca39ad Move c/h files implementing/defining standard library stuff into a new libc directory, also standard'ify some parts of the code base (almost entirely #include fixes).
This is to a) to cleanup firmware/common and firmware/include a bit, but also b) for Rockbox as an application which should use the host system's c library and headers, separating makes it easy to exclude our files from the build.

c21e2e686f Calculate the optimal memory location for overlay plugins, and use plugin.lds for linking them. This gets rid of hand-adjusted archos.lds, making it easy to use overlay plugins on other lowmem targets. * Fix some duplicate and incorrect dependencies. * Change the way libs are filtered, so that a lib can be specified more than once. This allows to get rid of explicitly linking gcc-support.o, fixing empty plugins on some simulator platforms.

5e4a6824bb $* doesn't work if the target doesn't use a wildcard. Furthermore the GNU make manual discourages its use. Using works, and automatically ensures the correct directory. zxbox.map and chessbox.map were put into the wrong dir (build dir) and overwrote each other.

c6b3d38a15 New makefile solution: A single invocation of 'make' to build the entire tree. Fully controlled dependencies give faster and more correct recompiles.
Many #include lines adjusted to conform to the new standards.
