8b01677c52 Commit new theme: Cabbie 2.0\! Thanks to everyone in the forums who made this possible. If you see any problems 
please report them in FS#8443.  Once we are satisfied that Cabbie 2.0 is workable, it will hopefully become the new default rockbox theme\!

bbf72baed6 Add a new font: 9+18x18.bdf which is a combination of 9x18.bdf and 18x18.bdf. It has support for all the languages rockbox supports, including Chinese, Japanese and Korean (although some glyphs might be missing)

55ae940457 Additions to the nimbus font family: nimbus-13 made from nimbus-12 with additional spacing, initial commit of nimbus-10 and nimbus-11 (hopefully meeting the style of the other fonts enough) - feel free to improve.

2f363fe0d6 New font: jackash-16 - a large font designed with readability in mind. Contains a somewhat motley collection of characters since it's based on a rather old Linux console font (codepage 850.)
