a8cadd8181 Iriver: atomic I/O port manipulation macros, to avoid interference between normal and interrupt code. Todo: all other places that do port manipulation on ports which may also be changed from an intterupt should use that as well. It even decreases binary size a bit.

78da1ff222 The last commit mixed up the arguments of cpu_boost(). Fixed that and removed the #ifdefs again, added #define cpui_boost(on_off) for fixed frequency platforms instead.

81e309dd1a We had a few set_irq_level(15) left in the code, instead of the new set_irq_level(HIGHEST_IRQ_LEVEL). Only one was really used, in system_reboot(), creating a (unlikely) race condition.
