Add a "deploy" target that will create a distributable file.
- Linux: AppImage.
- Windows: zip file.
- MacOS: dmg.

rbutil: Initial cmake support.

Rewrite in cmake, and include all necessary libs. This removes calling
separate Makefiles which is rather error-prone on non-Linux systems.
