Michael Sevakis	58eb784a5d	Straighten out some powermanagement stuff. Give target complete control over how power inputs are sensed. Clean SIMULATOR stuff out of target files. Get rid of USB charging option on targets that don't support it or don't implement it yet. Dave Chapman	f2042983f0	Add the Sansa M200 (v1) as a target - it's extremely similar to the Logik DAX (the LCD driver worked unchanged). Plus various tcc77x work, including a working tick interrupt (enabled in the bootloader).
