Matthias Mohr	d984725cbf	Renamed defines UNALIGNED to ROCKBOX_UNALIGNED - UNALIGNED is already defined in mingw environments. Renamed defines of UNALIGNED to ROCKBOX_UNALIGNED so that they don't conflict with definitions in mingw32 cross-compiling environments (defined in _mingw.h). Thomas Martitz	50a6ca39ad	Move c/h files implementing/defining standard library stuff into a new libc directory, also standard'ify some parts of the code base (almost entirely #include fixes).
