72e9b61061 manual: Replace all rockbox.org urls with https. 
In the process, utilize the \download{} and \wikilink{} commands instead
of direct URLs.

c479b9975d FS #8340 by David Bishop. Remove contractions from the manual, as this seems to be common practice in this format and makes it easier to read for non-native english speakers. New manual work should try to adhere to this.

7255bdbb6a Remove the full url path from links to the wiki and display the wiki name only instead. Add a note on how to manually access wiki pages. The links itself are still pointing to the wiki.

2bf4f520fb Updates to installation section: added url for daily builds page, added note about downloading the fonts package. Expanded the 'update Rockbox' section to provide more detail and address the common misconception that updating a build is supposed to return settings to default. Rearranged order of sections (it makes more sense to have section on updating Rockbox *before* the section on uninstalling Rockbox). Added a note that ipod users who loaded tunes with itunes should use the Tag Cache.

42257940fb Adds feature specific options to the platforms. It is now possible to include a section by for instance \opt{HAVE_LCD_BITMAP}{...} for targets with bitmap displays.
