dd0d52ee0f Handle conversion to text in Sysinfo::getInfo(). 
When saving the system info from the progresslogger it shouldn't have knowledge
about the format of the data provided by getInfo(). Instead of relying on the
output being HTML formatted make getInfo() accept a parameter that indicates if
the data is to be formatted as HTML or text.

2e3de70401 Rockbox Utility: listen to translation change events. 
When changing the language don't require a restart anymore. Instead listen to
the appropriate changeEvent and retranslate the UI. Designer generated UI files
already provide such a function.

426bfa8d03 rbutil: add a errorlog function into rbutil and the possibility to save a log if a error happens. (thanks to bluebrother for the trace functionality)

2acc0ac542 Updated our source code header to explicitly mention that we are GPL v2 or 
later. We still need to hunt down snippets used that are not. 1324 modified
files...

1876a0bcf2 Add System Info screen showing some values that could be helpful in case of problems using rbutil. Most noteable is showing the permission level of the user on windows.
